General
What is PrimaryHQ?
PrimaryHQ is a tool built by a practising Year 6 teacher to help primary school teachers, tutors and other educators create quality classroom resources quickly. Our first tool, the UKS2 Reading Comprehension Generator, uses AI to produce original reading passages, comprehension questions and mark schemes in the style of Key Stage 2 SATs reading papers.
Who is PrimaryHQ for?
PrimaryHQ is designed for teachers, tutors and other education professionals aged 18 or over. It is not intended for use by children or students directly.
Are these official SATs papers?
No. PrimaryHQ's practice resources are independently produced and are not official Standards and Testing Agency (STA) or Department for Education (DfE) materials.
Using the Generator
How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 2 free worksheet generations to try PrimaryHQ, with no card required. Once you've used these, you can subscribe to keep generating worksheets.
How accurate is the AI-generated content?
We aim for a high standard, but as with any AI-generated content, you should always review a worksheet carefully before using it or sharing it with pupils - checking its factual accuracy, educational suitability, reading level and safeguarding implications, and using your own professional judgement.
Can I enter pupils' names or personal information into a worksheet topic?
No. Please only enter the topic you'd like the worksheet to cover (e.g. "The Water Cycle" or "World War 2") - never pupils' names, or any other personal or identifying information.
Does PrimaryHQ keep a copy of the worksheets I generate?
No. PrimaryHQ does not retain a copy of generated content after it's sent to your browser. Any copy you keep after downloading a worksheet is stored on your own device, not on our systems.
Subscription and Billing
How much does a subscription cost?
£4.99 per month for 30 worksheet generations per month.
What happens to unused generations at the end of the month?
Unused generations expire at the end of each monthly subscription period and do not roll over to the next month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing page ("Manage Plan"), which takes you to our secure payment provider's billing portal. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Is PrimaryHQ available outside the UK?
No, subscriptions are currently only available to customers with a UK billing address.
